Hazey Designs is completely committed to protecting the privacy of customers. Therefore we will not disclose information about our customers to third parties except where it is part of providing a service to you.

In order to fulfil your order, you must provide Hazey Designs with information such as your name, email address, billing and postal address and items ordered. This information is required so that Hazey Designs can create and then send your jewellery order to you. These details are held on a password secured server (using the website builder, Supadupa) These details are held for 5 years in accordance with my legal obligations as a business in keeping my accounts for HMRC. 

Payment processing is through Paypal. Hazey Designs does not have access to, or hold any details of your credit/debit card.
 

Consent
Your Consent is important to us too. Therefore we will never sell your name, address or e-mail address or any other personal information to any third party.
 

Communication & Marketing
If you have made a purchase from our store (thank you!) We will contact you by email to let you know the order has been received and then again once it has been dispatched to you. If you have an enquiry about your order you can get in contact using the contact form or emailing - hazeydesigns@gmail.com.
